Women have different cycles and they may be all horny for a couple weeks, then not horny at all for some weeks. It usually helps that you keep showing her stuff, burning her some porn of the kinds she likes for "self love", and talking about it. The more sex she sees and has, the more sex she'll want to see and have, that's one thing I noticed. Cuddling may help as well.

Stress and pressure at school, work or family screws things up. Try to keep it to a minimum, and be always there for her if she's having a hard time, though this is not necessarily the reason why she's not feeling like it.

I think you should let her know that you really want sex, but also let her know that you aren't with her for the sex nor you even think of dumping her because you're not getting any. There's so much more to do than sex anyways, and you can always jack off. If you feel you're too... impulsive when she's around and she doesn't like it, whack off right before meeting her.

Anyways, lots of couples are happy and enjoy love without sex. Sex is only a very good thing to have, but not the most important one.
